Legacy to current issues
I'm having an issue upgrading. The first part of the issue is that my legacy version crashes (1PasswordAgent). I wan't to upgrade but I want to save all of the passwords that I have. They are all there when I look but I can't find where they are located when I try to install a newer version. I can't retrieve my license because I had a different email address at the time of purchase. It just seems that no matter what I try I run into a dead end. And I can't find a way to contact support to help. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you set 1Password 3 to synchronise using Dropbox then by default your agilekeychain will be in:
~/Library/Application Support/1Password/
If you were to open up a Finder window and use the ⇧⌘G keyboard shortcut (to bring up the Go to the folder window) you can paste that location in the field. If you see a
1Password.agilekeychain
you've located your vault.Your licence is a different matter. For that can you email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com and supply the following information:
- Your full name as you would have supplied it at the time of purchase
- Your email address at the time of purchase and your current one.
- Your physical address at the time of purchase and your current one if it is also different.
Once we have that we can work at helping you. If you could post the ticket ID after you've emailed in we can link the two and get this resolved :smile:

Thank you, I think I have things resolved. I was able to find my original email for my license. I logged in, changed to my current email address and was able to get upgrade pricing. I did find the backups and changed the last known good backup to .zip and was able to unzip and restore. So I think I'm good for now.
