How to change email address for Registered Software/Lost Keys

I no longer have the domain/email account for software registered for 1Password. I bought a 5-user bundle and need it updated. How can I do that?

    Can you email us please at support+licenses@agilebits.com with the following information:

    • Your full name as you would have used at the time of purchase
    • Your email address at the time of purchase and your current email address
    • Your physical address at the time of purchase

    Once you've done that if you can post the ticket ID here it will help us match the two up and we can work on resolving this :smile:
