How to contact support re: expired license when email doesn't match? [moved to email]

Hi,

I've been using 1password4 for Mac since April 22, 2014. I have also been using 1password for iOS with Pro Features since December 20, 2013.

Since upgrading to Yosemite a month ago, 1password for Mac successfully upgraded to 1password5 and a few days ago it started reporting that my trial license had expired.

I have tried without success all the permutations of email address that I can think of but none are recognised by the agilebits website.

Version info: 1Password 5 Version 5.0.2 (502007) Agile Web Store.

https://agilebits.com/licenses/resend says "If you cannot remember the email address you used to purchase your order, or that email address is no longer in use, you can contact us to update the email address." but the contact us link: https://agilebits.com/contact_us just redirects to https://agilebits.com/support which has no mechanism for contacting agilebits that doesn't already have a known email address.

Help please!

    Sorry to hear about the troubles you've had contacting our support email.

    Send this email address: support+forum@agilebits.com a message with a link to this post and include your username, I'll look into getting you relicensed properly.

    Make sure to include any information relating to your purchase from April 2014 such as the email account you used to purchase the software (include any email accounts you think you may used to save some back and forth!) as well as your receipt. Either of those two items should help us get you re-licensed. :smile:

    Reply here once you've sent your email and I'll get on the case right away.

    @SeanFoster‌ thanks - I've sent an email through - appreciate the speedy response! I am quite confused as I can't find any record of my Mac version purchase - was it linked to my iOS purchase perhaps? anyway, lets continue in email :-)
