can't find email address that the account is tied to

the support is linked to an email the only two I use come back as not registered. the help page says to go to a menu option that does not exist and further down in the instructions is a link If you cannot remember the email address you used to purchase your order, or that email address is no longer in use, you can contact us to update the email address. If you click on that it takes you back to the page that wants the email you logged in on.
this is very frustrating.
All of this to find out how to recover lost passwords when I upgraded.
not very pleased.

I was able to find your license information. It looks like you left the "o" out of ".com" when registering. I've corrected that typo and sent your license information to the updated email address.
