HELP!!
I just bought 1PW5 from the Apple APP store. I downloaded it and have the ikon on my desktop. When I double click it I get a 3 column screen with "all items" on the left, a list of my sites in the middle, and details of the selected site on right. But there's a "Trial Expired" and local ikon on the upper right.
1PW Agile Keychain is in my Dropbox. When I sign in I get "This file is in use - synced with primary vault" and a "Trial Expired" message with a locked ikon.
When I click on "1PW-license" I get a "Trial Expired Add License" message. But I can't find my license info, and don't know how to add it to this page. When I requested license info from Agile I get my 1PW3 info, not 1PW5.
At some point in this Odyssey I read that I should remove 1PW3 from my computer. I looked for it, but it was not in my Applications folder. I did find 1PW4, and uninstalled it.
I am going around in circles an don't know what to do next. HELP PLEASE!!

@rabarlow10 I have moved your post to the 1P for Mac forum where you will get more help. For a start, please have a look at this sticky at the top of the forum about the "trial expired" notice. Does it help?

Can you make sure that you have only one copy of 1Password on your computer (you can ignore the old 1Password 3 for the moment though) but check the likes of your Downloads folder etc. When you're confident that you have only one copy reboot your Mac (this is important). Launch 1Password and look in 1Password > About 1Password It should say Mac App Store and you shouldn't have a "Trial Expired" message. If that isn't the case do please let us know.
The Mac App Store version of 1Password doesn't have a licence because we use Apple's mandated authentication system which is based on your Apple ID.

"About" says V5.02 Agile Web Store. I'm pretty sure I bought it at the Apple App store. Now I'm really confused.

I think the issue was a glitch in our records. We had two entries for you because they didn't match up exactly. I've merged them and resent your licences to you. Let us know if you find a 1Password 5 licence in the list. There should be a link to download the licence file and then you add that.
That should hopefully get you sorted out but do let us know :smile:
