Family License
Hi, I bought beginning of 2014 A family license and an IOS license. Installed it on the Windows Computer, the Mac and the iPhone. It all worked great until recently. Now, it tells me on the Mac that the license expired. And, it doesn't send a new one once I requested through your website. Used the license key from Windows to check Upgrade options and it confirms my family license bundle. Did I buy 1Password4 early this year and do I have to buy an upgrade to 1Password5? Can't find old emails with the receipt from the purchase but certainly can send an email directly to the support with the license key from Windows to prove the purchase. What do I have to do to get going again? Spend already to much time trying to fix this problem.

Hi @Raqolalu - it looks like you are running into the Trial Expired issue, where the license is not showing as properly registered. If you follow the steps in the post from Jasper, you should be back up and running in no time :)

In May 2013 I bought a family lincense Mac and Windows. By now only one of the license has been installed, but has never been used due to the missin German version. My English knowledge is not sufficient and some of my family members don't speak English at all.
I cannot even update to to the latest 1PW 3 version, although it had been promised that the update to 1PW 4 should be free.
That's more than disappointing.0 -
To help you we will need more information. Can you please tell us:
- What version of OS X you are running?
- What version of 1Password you are running?
- The error message (in full) that you see when you cannot update.
Once we have a better idea idea we will do our best to help you. In case it is needed I've resent your licences to the email address used at the time of purchase.
