Updgrading to version 5

My iPassword 5 shows trial expired. I went to the website to determine if I can upgrade and I enter my email address to find out the upgrade price and it doesn't send me an email. When I click send it doesn't confirm that your website sent me an email. I have checked EVERY email folder in my Yahoo inbox and I have received nothing. Help!

    I looked you up in our back office and I did indeed find your license. I just resent them to your yahoo.com email address.
