Upgrading to 1Password 5
I have a PassWord bundle license which can not be entered into PassWord5. If I have to upgrade my license, your store says there is an upgrade available, but has the upgrade option greyed out so I can not purchase it. What do I have to do to enter/purchase a license number for PassWord5 on my Mac?

I notice we had two records for you that may have caused issues if you requested your licences to be emailed to you. So if the problem is you don't have a licence file (not a licence key) then try submitting your email address at https://agilebits.com/support
What you're looking for is a link to download your licence file and if you have any troubles check out our page on Adding a license to 1Password.

I have submitted my email address twice to obtain a license file and have not received anything. Can you please send me one so I can get rid of the "trial" message?

Hi @Robn8001 I've just resent your licences for you. It turns out our form was temporarily broken and as soon as we were notified we got onto it. It may very well be though that it was broken when I pointed you in the direction of the page so sorry about that.
Let us know if you don't receive an email from us, it should be prompt (don't forget to check your spam folder just in case).
