trouble with license

Hello!

I purchased the mac app and iphone app. I believe I upgraded at some point along the way as well. My Mac says 1Password5, and now says that my trial has expired. I cannot find the license file. When I go to your support page and type in my email address and click the mail icon, nothing happens. The page literally refreshes with no message, and I receive no email.

Help?

Can you let us know where you purchased your Mac license? If you don't remember, you can find that information in the About 1Password screen of the 1Password menu. Also, did you see the post, Trial Expired notice in 1Password 5 for Mac? at the top of this section of the forum. Does that help at all? If you purchased from the Mac App Store, you wouldn't have a record with AgileBits to retrieve.

    Hi @pbrosen,

I was able to find license information for the email address associated with your forum account, and I had it resent to that address. If you don't get that license email, please make sure you check any junk folders or spam filters to see if it was caught there.

It looks like you have a license for 1Password 3 for Mac, but not version 4 or 5. If you think you may have purchased an upgrade to version 4/5 from our web store under a different email address, you can send that address to me in a private message and I'll be happy to try looking for it in our system.

Or as @hawkmoth mentioned, if you purchased 1Password 5 for Mac from the Mac App Store, we wouldn't have that information in our system, but you would simply need to reinstall it from the Mac App Store (just make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase it from MAS).

If you never upgraded to 1Password 4 or 5 for Mac but would like to, you can simply click this link and then enter your license code to see your upgrade options and pricing: https://agilebits.com/store/upgrade

Hopefully this helps, but let us know if you have more questions!
