Trial Expired

I've got the error message Trial expired (v5) in my browser and in the app on my mac. I bought v4 May 1st and then upgraded to v5. Every time I submit my email for the license I don't get an email. Can you send me the license a different way?

    Hi @fraser135, welcome to the forums!

    I was able to find your license information for the email address associated with your forum account, and I had it resent to that address. If you don't get that license email, please make sure you check any junk folders or spam filters to see if it was caught there.

    You should be able to use the link in that email to download your license file & add it to 1Password 5. If you need more help with that, just let us know! :)
