Sounds like you have saved the page with some sort or identification in the URL.
Try re saving the page in 1Password. https://guides.agilebits.com/1password-mac/5/en/topic/saving-a-login

I think I tried it all, re-enter - enter manually etc. but no luck - it keeps saying: PAGE EXPIRED to protect privacy and enhance, the page you are trying to access is no longer available (after 1password auto fills the password etc.)

even entering a simple account like my airmails account does not work - 1password fills in all the information but then after a second or so my account number disappears and have to manually enter it to continue - is there a live chat available ?

Hi Megan,
https://www.airmiles.ca ( in here ones entered in 1password and try to re-enter thru 1password the account number disappears after 1 sec.)
https://www.telus.com/my-account/ (after entering the info here in 1password and then try to re-enter thru 1password the page says "expired"0 -
Hi @win,
Thanks for providing those URLs. Here's what I did for AirMiles:
First, I saved a new Login manually (using dummy information)
- Click the sign in button on https://www.airmiles.ca/
- Fill in 'my' collector number and PIN
- Open the 1Password extension, click on the gear icon and select 'Save New Login'
- To test filling I deleted the fields that I had filled, then clicked on the 1Password extension
- I clicked on the AirMiles Login
- 1Password correctly filled and submitted the Login
When the page re-loaded (to inform me that the dummy information I entered was not a real account) it opened a static log in page. This type of page allows 1Password to fill more automatically, so I copied the URL and added it to my AirMiles entry. (Because the main page includes a drop-down sign in menu, 1Password will not be able to fill on https://www.airmiles.ca/ until you click on the 'Sign In' button to make the sign-in pane visible.)
This is what my final AirMiles Login looks like. When I click on the URL in the main app, 1Password opens the page in my default browser, fills the details and submits correctly. If I open the extension and click on my AirMiles entry there, the page will also load and fill correctly.
Could you please tell me the steps that you took to save the new Login, and what steps you are using to fill it?
The same Save a New Login Manually steps worked to fill in on https://www.telus.com/my-account/.
Could you tell me a bit more about how you are filling these Logins? Also, do you have 'Automatically submit logins after filling' selected in Preferences > Browser?

Hi Megan,
First off all, what do you mean with 1password extension ? - I do not have the key icon in my browser toolbar and neither can I find it and with this
1password extension you do not mean 1password mini - right??
Then how do I check that I have "automatically submit logins after filling" selected in my safari browser ?
I think ones I know what is meant by 1password extension and how to find it and get it on my toolbar I might be more in luck as for now I'm as far as I was 2 days ago.
Thanks Megan, thanks for your patience hope you stick with me.

Do any of the problems you're experiencing disappear if you follow the steps in this guide on Installing browser extensions?

After trying many different ways - no luck - on the telus mobility login - after entering the username and password - then save login in 1password - it opens my info - then after logging out out of tells mobility - and then trying to log back thru the 1password it fills in the info in the telus page then it takes me to a page saying page expired - over and over again - what am I doing wrong?

Hi @win,
From everything you've said, I highly suspect that you aren't doing anything wrong, and that the problem is probably actually somewhere within Safari and/or the websites in question. I did some reading up on the error you're seeing, and it seems that it's usually caused by a stale value being present in a cookie for a website. I'd recommend clearing your cookies in Safari:
- Open Safari > Preferences...
- Switch to the Privacy tab
- You can either Remove All Website Data... which will delete all cookies present on your computer. This should cause no harm beyond causing every website to forget that you were logged in.
- Or you can click the 'Details...' button and selectively find the websites in question and delete their cookies.
I suspect that once you've done that these will start behaving better.
Hope this helps.
Rick

Thanks Rick for your input - I'll try that again but as I did that before and no difference - Would deleting 1password and all of its files help. ?
I do not want to continue putting more entries in before my issues are resolved.
You guys do any phone consulting or chat's ? - I would not mind talking to someone while entering my problem cases.
I can Call you guys if that helps.

Hi Peter ( @win ),
I'm so sorry that we haven't been able to get this straightened out so far. Please do not delete 1Password at this time, as we don't want to mess with your datafile. Let's get a bit more detail and move this conversation to email, where we can put you in touch with our telephone team.
I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:
https://guides.agilebits.com/kb/1password4/en/topic/diagnostics-report#mac4Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!
