Trouble syncing existing 1Password data to new iPad

    I am looking at a comparable password vault. 1password hav been trying to sync on a three day iPad for more than 60hours. My version of 1Password is a month from it upgrade. It is on all of my devices and works on both phone and laptop. Why would it be such hassle for a brand new iPad?

    I'm having a bit of trouble understanding your description of the problem, but it sounds like 1Password is working on your iPhone and computer, but you're unable to sync your data to 1Password on your new iPad. Is that correct? If so, can you please let us know a few more details:

    • Is your laptop a Mac or Windows PC?
    • What version of 1Password are you using on each device/computer?
    • What version of iOS are you running on each iOS device?
    • How are you syncing your 1Password data (Dropbox, iCloud, Wi-Fi Sync)?
    • What exactly happens when you try to sync with 1Password on your new iPad?
    • Do you receive any error messages? If so, what do they say?
    • Do changes to 1Password sync between your laptop and iPhone?
    • What device/computer has your most up-to-date 1Password information?
