iPad after sign in Selecting box is empty

After signing in via iPad then clicking in the box with the up arrow, signing in .....the box is empty.
The address I seek is in my Login Folder but does not show up when I am on a website and try to log into the site via ipad/iPhone ?...

    Hi @Gsjr,

    I'm not sure if I understand exactly what you're having trouble doing on your iPad. You mentioned tapping "the box with the up arrow" - are you referring to the button at the bottom of Safari, which allows you to use the 1Password extension? If so, and the 1Password extension doesn't show your Login item for the current website in Safari, you can find information about that in this Knowledgebase article.
