Cannot open 1 Password on my new iPone 6 after transferring data and apps from old iPhone 5.

When transferring programs , apps and data from my old iPhone 5 to my new iPhone 6 I cannot open 1 Password on the new phone. I keep getting the error message "Wrong Unlock Code" and I know I am entering the correct code! What do I do?

    Hi @sleepdoc,

    I'm sorry you're running into problems trying to get 1Password up and running on your new iPhone!

    What version of 1Password do you have on your iPhones? In version 4 or 5, if you enter the wrong 4-digit code to unlock 1Password, it should ask you for your master password instead. If it only ever asks for the 4-digit code every time, it sounds like you might have version 3 installed. If you're not sure, you can use this image to help you identify your version.

    Also, can you let us know a few more details:

    • Do you still have your iPhone 5? If so, are you still able to unlock 1Password on it?
    • How did you transfer your apps & data to the new iPhone 6 (iCloud backup, iTunes backup, something else)?
    • Do you use 1Password on any other devices/computers?
