New to 1password / non techie here
Loaded 1password to my IPad Air (non-pro), wanting to simplify password system I had created, followed your instructions, created my own vault with account info and only 10% will load all the way through from start! most will open to main web page and no further. ( requires I enter my own user name and passwords)

There is some information we need that will help us to help you:
- What version of 1P are you using? (Go to 1P > About 1Password and tell us exactly what it says there, ignoring the credits).
- What is your OS X version?
- What browser are you using and what is the version number of the 1P extension used in the browser?
In passing, the usual solution for the odd login that doesn't work properly is to re-create and save the login manually. The linked page includes this:
Saving a new Login manually can be helpful for fixing Logins that are problematic or that were once working but have since stopped. It allows 1Password to refresh everything it “knows” about the page and start from a clean slate.
That's why that procedure can help with difficult logins. However, it would be unusual to have a significant number of logins, as you apparently do, which don't work. Let us know the additional information and someone will help you.

Stephen, Thanx for response, I will give you more info for what you asked, then try a couple more things per your suggestion... 1P V5 (download from MAP); IOS 8.1.2; cannot determine what ext of 1P in Safari. I will now attempt your "recreate and save login manually" theory and get back with you.

Just wondering, as I attempt to "login to account w/ o signing in" must advise that all the info entered to 1P are my own logons w/ my own passwords from last 18 months... Would it help at this point to recreate all logins utilizing all new passwords created by 1P?

If that means you will be making a change to having strong, unique passwords for each login then, yes, it's a good idea.
By the way, I should have made clear in my post #2 above that you can re-create and save a login manually (in accordance with the linked knowledge base article) only on your Mac (and not using 1P for iOS). I think you understood that but sorry for not making it clear.

I downloaded 1P v5 from the Mac App Store with the idea of trying it out on my IPad w/ existing logons and p-words to see if it was a good fit. I am not a tech wizard as such but self taught on MAC over last 22 years or so. I chose not to create new p-words and not sync to IMac (desktop) as that involves other members of family who are even less technical with this than I. They all have android phones and I would prefer to just test this system by myself on the IPad which is strictly mine! I can take one account and set up from scratch with new username and let 1P generate password so I have a virgin account to manually save to my primary vault. Also wondering about mobile banking access as they have multiple layers of security and changing questions etc.

I'm sorry you're having some trouble with 1Password! I'm not sure I understand the exact problem/situation, so I'm wondering if you can give me some more details:

I'm not sure what you mean by "non-pro", are you referring to the Pro Features in 1Password 5 for iOS? Or something else?

I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean about only 10% loading. What specifically is only loading 10%? It will help if you can describe the exact steps you're taking in 1Password, and exactly what happens when you do that.
Also, it sounds like you've installed 1Password on your iPad but didn't sync any data from 1Password on your Mac, and have basically started over with a new vault in 1Password for iOS. Is that correct? If so, are you running into problems trying to use it, or did you just have some questions about how to do certain things? If you can be more specific about what you're trying to do and/or having trouble doing, that will be helpful for us. Thanks! :)
