1Password crashes when filling an item via 1Browser [Confirmed]
i am running the latest version of iOS on my iPad mini (8.1.2) when I try to auto fill information from 1password into a website (ip using the browser in 1password) the app crashes. This happens repeatedly and has been going on since I upgraded. I tried deleting the app and then reinstalling but to no avail. Ideas anyone?

@lovethehighcountry is it crashing a specific site or all sites? Please give as an example site and we can try it here. Also, are you using the latest version of 1Password (5.1.2)?
Thanks.

This is happening for me also, this is the website it occurs on:
1000bulbs.com
I'm using version 5.1.2 on IOS 8.1.20 -
I also am having trouble with 1Password crashing on my ipad 2. I am using the latest version (5.1.2). An example of a consistent crash is when I try to fill in my identity or credit card information on ticketmaster.com.

Hi @jharrod444,
Thanks, I am able to reproduce the crash with Ticketmaster.com.
I also tested this in our upcoming 5.2 update that is currently in review at Apple and it is not fixed there either. I'll file a bug report to get this fixed.

This happens to me at various sites on my iPad mini but not iphone 6. One is michigan humane.org donate form when I fill cc or my info from form data

Hi @Goldrdogs,
Some sites use a different screen for iPhones than for iPads and desktops. This could explain it. We are constantly updating the filling engine to be compatible with these sites.

This is happening for me, too. 1Password 5.2, IOS 8.1.3, iPad Air. When filling credit card info or identity into forms using 1Browser, the app crashes. Most recent crash was when trying to buy on Astropad.com web site. This feature has never worked successfully for me.

Hi @rogo,
That's odd. I've just tried http://astropad.com on my iPad Mini 2, iOS 8.1.3 & 1Password 5.2 for iOS and it filled with no issue on both the order details page and the payment screen.
- Have you tried clearing the cache etc. in 1Browser? You can do this in 1Password by using Settings > 1Browser > Clear Web Data.
- It might be worth creating brand new Identity and Credit Card items, does the problem persist or was there something oddly messed up with those instances?
- Do you have your data elsewhere or do you keep backups? It might be worth seeing if removing the app completely and downloading a fresh copy has any impact. Please note though that deleting an iOS deletes all of its support files e.g. your vault. So don't do this unless you know it is also stored elsewhere and you have confirmed the other copy is good. We can assist with that if needed.
- Most severe and I wouldn't recommend it unless we've exhausted all other options would be to see if restoring the entire iPad from a backup or even starting over after using recovery mode. This is pretty severe but there have been instances where it's solved certain issues for a few users (not just for 1Password for iOS). For whatever reason, something just didn't install properly the first time round yet this wipe everything and start over approach resolved it. I'm stating it as an option, not something to blindly go do unless no other options remain and you know there is a safe backup in more than just iTunes.
If you're willing let's start with options 1. & 2. and see if they makes any difference.
