New 1Password doesn't seem to import all custom fields from previous version

Are you talking about 1P for iOS or 1P for OS X? I don't understand this comment:
Now I can't delete the new 1Password app w/o deleting the old.
Do you mean the "old" app, or the "old" data?
I think it would be helpful if you tell us:
- What operating system version you're using.
- What your "old" version of 1P was and what your "new" version of 1P is.
- Whether you have a Mac as well as an iOS device and if so whether you sync 1P data between them (and, if so, what sync method you use).

Thank you for your prompt response. (1) Operating system = iPhone IOS 8.1.2. (2) Old 1Password version = 3.7.2; new 1Password version = 5.1.2. (3) Do not have the app on a PC/MAC; just on iPhone. Imported data from old 1Password version to new but custom fields created in old version did not come over. Just account names/icons, user IDs & passwords.

Hi @louie7470,
Your additional/custom fields from items in 1Password 3 shouldn't be missing, and may actually be in the Saved form details section of the items in question. However, saved form details are only shown if you're purchased the Pro Features in 1Password 5 for iOS. If you have the Pro Features, try tapping the Saved form details section in those items to see if your extra fields are shown there.
If you don't have Pro Features (and don't want to purchase them), there is another way to check if your custom fields from 1Password 3 are there. You could download a free trial of 1Password for Mac or Windows from our download site, sync your 1Password data from 1Password 5 for iOS to your computer using Dropbox or Wi-Fi sync, then check the web form details of your items in the Mac or Windows version of 1Password. If you'd like to try that and need any help getting it set up, please let us know.
Do you have many items in 1Password 3 that have extra fields? If you still have 1Password 3 installed on your iPhone, one thing you can do is to copy those fields from version 3 and paste them into version 5, so you don't need to worry about them being in the saved web form details. If you have Pro Features in 1Password 5 for iOS, you can copy/paste that data into custom fields - if not, you can copy/paste the data to the notes field instead.
I hope this help, but please let us know how it goes and if you have more questions about that.
