Can't open Logins or Secure Notes in sync'ed folder from a PC

I'm trying to sync a secondary vault in 1Password using Dropbox and make the logins and Secure Notes usable on a PC. I've synced 1Password from my Mac to Dropbox and successfully shared that folder with the PC. Logins and Secure Notes are visible from the PC.

However, I can not open either the logins or secure notes from the PC.

    Just to confirm, 1Password is working fine on your PC, but you're having trouble on Mac?

    You mentioned that you can't open logins or secure notes. What happens when you try to open one? Are you getting any specific error messages?
