Display Anomaly

Hi just noticed today an issue under iOS 8 and latest version of iOS 1Password. When using the extension to open 1Password to enter some login credentials within Safari I get the 1Password master password dialog and the pop-up keyboard (I am using Swype). If the iPad is in portrait mode I can see both the password box and the keyboard but if it's in landscape then the keyboard covers the password box and hence I can't verify the characters as they are typed. The master password dialog needs to be moved up or something to resolve this. Happens on both my iPad Air and my iPad Mini Retina. Please pass to the coders and hopefully it's an easy fix.

I see the same thing, and I normally use my iPad in landscape orientation, so it's annoying. Fortunately, the password does get input, even though you can't see it happening. The developers know about it too, but I haven't seen anything about a fix. It's conceivable that it's an iOS problem, not a 1Passowrd one. But I don't have another similar kind of application to test whether the issue crops up elsewhere.

    Hi Neil,

As @hawkmoth mentioned, our developers are aware of this issue. I apologize for the inconvenience! I don't know exactly when the fix will be available, but hopefully it will be soon. In the meantime, you should still be able to enter your master password, although you won't be able to see the characters as you enter them. Alternately, you could switch to portrait mode in order to do that.

Again, I'm very sorry for the trouble here. If you have more questions, we're here for you!
