Bought in November - ? Charging for download now again ?
Hi, (OS X platform)
I believe I bought 1pw on Nov 4th 2014, but I never really used it.
Yesterday I did install it on my iPhone with no problem. free...
Today I am trying to download from the app store but it wants to charge me the $49....
Could you look to see if I am registered, or if you see my purchase?
Or is it $49 for the iPhone app AND $49 for the Mac version...
Sorry for my confusion...
I appreciate your help.
Troy

LOL, Don't you just hate it when that happens. I have had a few of those myself over the years (more than I care to count) and its usually right after you hit that post button. Then you have to figure out how to edit or remove it etc.
Glad your all sorted out. If you do find you have a question, feel free to ask away.

Well... now I do need help with my license. I'm certain I bought V5 on 11/04/14 for $50. Either via my iPhone or my computer via app store. (I could be wrong, but I'm fairly certain I did buy it because I notated it in my contacts file for 1Password.) On the computer when I look at "License' under the main 1Password5 menu, it says I have 18 days left.
Maybe I don't completely understand. Because on my iPhone I have the option to upgrade to pro features for the $9 or whatever, doesn't that mean that I have a proper 'license' on my iPhone. ??
OR, do you have to pay $50 for the iPhone license and another $50 for the computer license? I am really confused.... help???? =)0 -
1Password for Mac is $50 (w/ 30 day free trial) and 1Password for iOS is free with a paid in-app purchase for Pro features. The Mac application is sold both by us and Apple (in the Mac App Store) whereas the iOS app is only available through Apple in the iTunes App Store.
Purchases from us and Apple are not interchangeable.
Thanks.

so could it be that I bought and I'm still on the 30 day trial, and when that runs out I'll then have a license? neither of my emails is on file with you folks as having a license. Can you possibly look to see if I show up anywhere as having a license? The name would certainly be Troy Krueger and 1 of 2 email addresses would have definitely been used: [email deleted] or [email deleted] thank you for your help.

@TroyKrueger I have deleted the email addresses from your post. This is a public forum and it's really not a good idea to post your email addresses on it. If you're sure that you bought 1P from the AgileBits store and not from the Mac App Store do this. Send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- your full address when you purchased 1P;
- the date you bought 1P;
- the email address you used when you purchased 1P (include both if you're not sure);
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Post that number in this thread, which will help AgileBits connect the two.

Hi @TroyKrueger,
Since resolving this will require private information, we'll get you sorted out via email.

Hi @TroyKrueger,
I checked out back office records using the email address attached to your forum account, and was unable to find a license for 1Password for Mac. Please let us know when you send those details in so we can keep an eye out and ensure it gets answered quickly. :)
