I have tried to do the save new login on the Bellco.org web site and I do not get a window to come up to save. I have tried it with Safari, Chrome and Firefox. The auto save is working and the manual save new login is working on other sites. Any ideas on how to create this item?

I may misunderstand your question, but you don't need a popup to save a new login manually. Go to the login page, fill in your credentials, but don't submit them. Instead, click on the icon in the menu bar or the browser to bring up mini, click on the gear wheel in the upper right, and select save login manually.

If I'm out somewhere in the weeds, let us know and someone will lend a hand.

Thank you for the response. I did not explain well. When I click on the icon in the menu bar, click on the gear wheel and select save login manually, nothing happens.

I just went to bellco.org on my iPad. I requested the full site and was notified in the login area that I should be using Flash. Only when I looked from Safari on the desktop did I even see the fields for submitting login credentials. I wonder if that has anything to do with your issue... In any case, I wish i could help further, but I can't.

  • Hi @rcme,

Like hawkmoth mentioned, the main login form uses Adobe Flash. 1Password is unable to save and fill logins that use Flash.

However, it looks like the website has an alternate HTML login page here: https://www.bellco.org/recommend-flash.aspx

Does that page work correctly for you?

That worked. Thank you for your help.

@rcme‌ I'm glad JasperP's suggestion got you sorted out. I thought we'd done away with such monstrosities such as Flash login pages - horrible!
