Showing Time expired on 1Password 5

I have been using 1Password for years and had upgraded to version 5 when it first came out. I have 5.1.2 on my iPad and iPhone and show version 5.0.2 on my Mac. Now the Mac is saying the the trial version has expired when I try to add a password. I can however add on my iPad or phone and it works fine and will sync with the Mac. I don't have the license and the two email addresses I have used to purchase the apps through the years are not recognized on your website. Not sure what to do from here.

Does the information in the top post in this section of the forum help?

Unfortunately I can't find my license file and when I send my email address used in the purchase, AgileBits website does not recognize it. The funny thing is, my iPad and iPhone are working fine, just the Mac is not working

Are you sure you purchased your Mac license from AgileBits, not the Mac App Store? If you are, send email with as much information as you have about your purchase, including the email you used when you bought, to support+licenses@agilebits.com.

If you bought from Apole, though, there isn't any license file. You could verify an Apple purchase by looking at the Purchases tab in the Mac App Store.

I think you are on to something. I did purchase the newest version on the App store but it doesn't show up on My Mac Air. It does however show up on the iPad and phone. I just purchased the Mac a few months ago so maybe this an an Apple problem.

Just checking to be sure that you know that the iOS version requires a separate purchase from the OS X one.

Actually no, I didn't realize that. That certainly explains it then. Guess I didn't do the proper research. Sorry to be a pain over all this. I thank you so much for your help and patience! Hope you had a great holiday :-)
