Hi, I have the password for for 3.0 - I have just cleaned my computer and done a re install of the os, but now there is no place to paste the password ?

    Hi @silverstream,

    It sounds like you may have a license key for 1Password 3 for Mac, not 1Password 5 (which it appears you are trying to use). Old versions of 1Password can be downloaded here: https://agilebits.com/downloads#legacy_versions

    Hi Jasper, my version 3 was upgraded free to version 4 and 5 before I did a new install on my mac. I have two version 3 codes... Can you please advice on the best way to get back to version 5, without paying for another update.

    Did you purchase 1Password from the Mac App Store or the AgileBits webstore? I took a quick look in our back office records using the email address attached to your forum account, but I was unable to locate any license information. I'd be happy to keep searching, so please feel free to send me a private message with some alternate names and email addresses that you may have used when you purchased your license. (If you have the license keys themselves, you can send those along too, it will help me confirm that they have been upgraded properly.)

    If you purchased 1Password directly from the Mac App Store, then you should be able to download the most recent version that is compatible with your operating system by logging into the App Store with the same AppleID as you originally purchased 1Password. 1Password will show up in the 'Purchases' section.
