Can't enter my 2 yahoogroups...

Hello, I hope I'm in the right place?

Long ago I opened 2 yahoogroup accounts and last year was informed they closed my accounts because of inactivity. I couldn't retrieve my members' email addresses either. Today I received a Yahoogroup email that one more member joined one of my 2 groups. This revived my interest in retrieving my members' addies and close my 2 accounts forever... BUT...Yahoo won't accept my login with Face Book or with my alternate addy. I went to Help, then to Customer Service but here, again, I needed to sign in which I couldn't, so...I'm back to square one! Thanks ever so much for any help to get to my 2 yahoogroups, so I can retrieve my members' addies and get rid of Yahoo altogether! :o)

I'm afraid you're in entirely the wrong place. You need Yahoo support.

I wish we could help you here, but as Richard mentions, it sounds like Yahoo is the place you want to go. I hope you're able to get things sorted out with Yahoo support!
