No iCloud Sync in non App Store version.

Hello,

I recently purchased 1Password 5 from the AgileBits website. Much to my dismay (and unknown at the time), this version does not have iCloud Sync. This makes it difficult for me to sync my passwords between my iPhone and work computers. Is there a way to redeem the App Store version with my current key? I really don't see any reason why I should have to buy a separate version just for this one feature.

    If you bought 1P5 from the AgileBits store within the past 30 days you will be able to obtain a refund to enable you to buy the Mac App Store version. If that is the case please confirm your purchase was within the past 30 days and someone from AgileBits will pick up here and tell you what to do.

    I couldn't find a purchase based on your email address here in the forums so what I would recommend is if you have purchased in the last 30 days that you email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com from the email address you used for the purchase and request a refund.

    Can I ask, have you considered Dropbox? you don't mention specifically that it isn't possible and it's actually a more versatile sync service than iCloud.
