Please have a look at this sticky at the top of the forum and see if that helps. If it doesn't you're really going to have to give us more information in order that someone here can help you.
- What was the last version of 1P that you bought (i.e., paid for)?
- Did you buy it from the Mac App Store or direct from AgileBits?
However, please read first the sticky to which I've linked because it will probably help.

i think the original was purchased from your website using an old email that does not exist

Send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name;
- the email address you gave when you bought 1P;
- the approximate date you bought 1P;
- your full address; and
- a link to this thread
and someone will find your licence and update your email details for you.
