No longer able to sync with Dropbox
I can only sync using iCloud but I need to be able to use Dropbox since I have one Windows machine as well. When I move my IOS devices back to Dropbox (they were originally working fine with Dropbox) both iOS 8.1.2 devices gets an error message "1Passowrd will no longer sync because no sync source was found for profile" even though I'm liking to the proper file (apps/1Password/1Password.agilekeychain). That said both my Windows comupter and iMac work fine with Dropbox.

Hi @robertstravis, welcome to the forums!
Sorry to hear you're having trouble switching back to Dropbox sync. To figure out the best way to troubleshoot this problem, can you let us know a few more details:
- Were you able to switch to Dropbox sync in 1Password on your Mac, or do you get an error?
- Are you able to open that 1Password.agilekeychain file in 1Password for Windows?
- Are you able to view your 1Password data using the 1PasswordAnywhere feature?
- Aside from your Mac, Windows PC, and two iOS devices, are you syncing 1Password with any other devices/computers?
- What version of 1Password are you using on each device/computer?
- Is the Dropbox app installed on your iOS devices? (And if so, does it work to browse your files stored in Dropbox?)
- What device/computer has your most up-to-date 1Password information?
Thanks!

Not sure as I'm on the road and not near my MAC. I let it syncing to Dropbox
Are you able to open that 1Password.agilekeychain file in 1Password for Windows?
Seems to be open to that DropBox file
Are you able to view your 1Password data using the 1PasswordAnywhere feature?
It opens and I can see everything, but selecting something produces an error:
An error occurred while processing item '0865D10B6AE644809AF68214C4F8489E'.
Decryption failed
Aside from your Mac, Windows PC, and two iOS devices, are you syncing 1Password with any other devices/computers?
No
What version of 1Password are you using on each device/computer?
Not near Mac, but Windows is 4.1.0.530 and iOS is 5.1.2
Is the Dropbox app installed on your iOS devices? (And if so, does it work to browse your files stored in Dropbox?)
Yes.
What device/computer has your most up-to-date 1Password information?
Windows and both iOS are the same as I panicked and used Wifi Sync to ensure they were. Knowing that Windows is current, I've moved both iOS device to iCloud and they work fine.

Hi @robertstravis,
Thanks for the info! Since you have all your latest 1Password data on both iOS devices and Windows, the best thing to do is delete the keychain file from Dropbox and recreate it. To do that, please follow these steps:
- First, open 1Password on Windows and go to Backup > Backup 1Password Vault (this will create a new backup, as a precaution).
- Next, close 1Password for Windows (important!)
- On each iOS device, open 1Password and go to Settings > Sync > Sync Service.
- Tap Disable Sync and confirm you want to disable it.
- Double-click the Home button and swipe up on the 1Password app to close it.
- On your Windows PC, open your Dropbox folder and delete your 1Password.agilekeychain file from /apps/1Password/ (in fact, you can delete that 1Password folder if you'd like, as long as it only contains that one keychain file).
- On one of your iOS devices, open 1Password and re-enable Dropbox sync (it will offer to create a new 1Password.agilekeychain file).
- Allow Dropbox to fully sync (it may take a little longer this time).
- Once that's complete, you can re-enable Dropbox sync in 1Password on your other iOS device.
- Finally, open 1Password on Windows and go to File > Open 1Password Vault, then choose your 1Password.agilekeychain file in Dropbox.
Let us know if you run into any problems with that!
(By the way, assuming this works, the only thing you'll need to keep in mind is that the next time you use your Mac, 1Password may give you an error saying you need to fix the sync settings - you'll just need to re-enable Dropbox sync.)

Drew, I want to thank you for your help. Following your instructions, everything is now working properly with Dropbox once again. I've tested by changing a saved note and the changed were shown across the other two devices. I will address the sync settings on my Mac upon my return, but in the meantime we're good to go. Thanks again and Happy New Year. R

@robertstravis, you are very welcome! Thanks for letting me know how it went, I'm happy to hear sync is working again!
Getting the sync back up & running on your Mac should be very simple (just re-enable Dropbox sync from 1Password preferences and select your keychain file in Dropbox). But as always, if you run into any problems or have additional questions, we're always glad to help.
Happy New Year to you too!
