New account, 1password does not ask to save? Anyone out there able to help

    Hi @kenboy,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password. There are a few basic things to confirm first of all:

    • Do you have the browser extensions installed? You can find them on our extension download page.
    • Is 'Automatically ask to Save new Logins' selected in Preferences > Browser?

    Just to be sure we're on the same page, I'd love it if you could provide the version number of 1Password that you are currently using. :)
