Can't see "Wallet Items" in IOS

I have 1Password installed on iPhone, iPad, and Windows 7. The "Wallet Items" category is only visible, and usable, on the Windows version. Am I missing something?

Have you made the in-app purchase to enable 1P5 for iOS' pro features? That said, there's no specific "Wallet" category on either 1P for Mac or 1P for iOS, so far as I'm aware.

Yes. Pro purchase done and features available. All categories should be available on all versions. My 2cents.

All categories should be available on all versions.

I'm curious, how would you structure the application to provide an incentive to buy the Pro features?

For me, here in the end user world, I place high value in consistency of appearance, features, and usability between the various versions. ie: IOS should look, feel, and work like the Windows version and vice versa. There are fields in the "Wallet" category, for instance, (Windows) that I would need to access from my mobile device(s) when away from my desktop. That is the primary purpose of syncing. Not possible at this time in 1P. Also, I would have appreciated a $ break off the full $49.99 cost when buying the Windows version after having upgraded to IOS Pro. Though 1P is better than DashLane and others I have tried, fact is I have $60.00 in the product and plan to continue using it.

    Hi @DearlG,

I'm sorry for the confusion regarding categories! The difference you're noticing between the Windows and iOS versions of 1Password is not actually related to the Pro Features in the iOS app. Instead, it has to do with the Windows version using an older category structure which is no longer used in the iOS (or Mac) version. The categories you see in the Windows version are based on the older .agilekeychain format, which is what the Windows app is using. Those same categories were also used in 1Password 3 for Mac and iOS, including the Wallet and Account groups.

There were some changes to the categories starting in 1Password 4 for Mac and iOS. For example, the Wallet group was removed, but all the item categories from that group (Bank Account, Credit Card, Driver's License, and others) are now listed separately. The Accounts group is also gone, and while some item categories from Accounts are still there (such as Database, Email Account, and Wireless Router), other categories from that group have been converted into Logins (such as FTP, Generic Accounts, and so on).

You should have all of your items in both the iOS and Windows versions of 1Password, they are just organized a bit differently (mostly due to the Windows version showing the old Wallet and Account category groups). In a few cases, they might be in a different category (as mentioned above). If you have an item on Windows that you don't see on iOS, try looking in the Logins category.

Again, I'm sorry for the confusion about all that! At some point in the future, the categories will match on all platforms. If you have more questions, please let us know. :)

Thank you, @Drew_AG‌, for your reply and structure clarification. As I pondered this dilemma further while gazing at both versions, a few dormant cells in my retiree brain began randomly firing and the picture began to clear up and resolution became obvious.

All appears well at this time.
