Hi @luckyme,
I'm sorry you're having trouble with the 1Password extension in Safari!
Just to make sure I understand, do you see the 1Password extension in the toolbar of Safari on your Mac? If so, what happens when you click on it? Are you able to choose one of your Login items and open the site associated with that Login? And if so, is the problem that it doesn't fill your username/password?
Is this a problem for all of your Logins, or just one (or some)? If some work but others don't, please let us know the exact URL from one of the Logins that doesn't work.
If none of your Logins work, please let us know which OS version your Mac is running, the exact version of the 1Password extension installed in Safari (from Safari > Preferences > Extensions), and the exact version of the 1Password app (from 1Password > About 1Password). Thanks!

Hi Drew,
thanks for responding
the problem that it doesn't fill username/password is only with outlook
Some other i dont know exactly wich site name i have to put in 1 password (your discussion site) only that is i don't know to much about computers and stuf.
Other do work perfect, and on my ipad and iphone they also work verry good on outlook.
The problem, well there are issues in de world, The killing in Paris etc, that makes this no problem, is outlook but maybe you know the solution.Have a greate day
Luck
the os version is 10.10.1
paswoord is 5.0.2
extension 4.2.5

Hi @luckyme
Can I just clarify please, are you referring to the Outlook OS X application or is this a website e.g. www.outlook.com which redirects you to the login.live.com subdomain belonging to Microsoft.
Unfortunately we don't support entering of credentials into applications, there isn't a standardised approach that we can hook into so you're limited to copy and paste.
If it's logging into their web page then may I suggest trying our Saving a Login Manually guide as we definitely work with that site.
Let us know how you get along and if I haven't quite understood your issue please do let us know.

Hi littlebobby,
yes it is the live.com van microsoft. on my ipad and iphone 1pasword is working perfect, fills in all the wanted details. Only not on my note book. Saving logins working for some but not for all so i copy and paste. Well i live with it, its more that i don't understand why it is working on my ipad and not on my macbook and why saving logins works on some and not on others. by example it is working on some live logins and some not and also not on this discussion site.
Okay i live with it.
thanks for the attention and help so far.
keep happy and healty

Hi @luckyme
Very odd. I've tried my Microsoft login, a very basic Login item and it works equally well on Safari on my MacBook Pro as well as Safari on my iPhone using our iOS extension.
Can I ask, did you try creating a new Login item using our Saving a Login Manually approach?

Hi,
Yes i did Bobby. some microsoft logins work now with saving a login, and some don't. Sometimes the saving pop up dousn't apear. i do think i do something not good, but i keep trying ;^)
Txs fot the support so far0 -
Hi @luckyme,
In the 1Password app on your Mac, please go to the menu for 1Password > Preferences, then choose the Browser tab. Make sure the option for "Automatically ask to save new Logins" has a checkmark next to it. If that option is disabled, 1Password won't ask you to save new Login items from a web browser.
Unfortunately some websites don't cooperate, so 1Password may not be able to prompt you to save a new Login item on those sites. In that case, you will need to manually save a new Login item.
I hope this helps, but please let us know if you're still running into problems with that. Thanks!

Hi @luckyme
I can guarantee your English is far superior to my understanding and competency in your native tongue. By the sounds of it you've found an acceptable workaround for your situation.
If I'm incorrect and you actually still have issue please do let us know!
