Changed email address (without having access to the old one)

Hi there!
I had unfotunately to deled my email address that I used for registration and the license a while ago Now that I have upgraded my MacBook to Yosemite (blank new installation). My "trial" ended. How do I get a new code?

    I'm assuming you bought 1P5 direct from the AgileBits store (otherwise you shouldn't be seeing a trial expired message). In that case send an email to support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:

    1. the email address you used when you bought 1P;
    2. the approximate date of purchase;
    3. your full name and address;
    4. a link to this thread.

    I think you'll find that will enable them to sort out the licence problem for you.

    Thanks for your replies. How long do you think I have to wait for an answer?
    They changed my email for the newsletter within a couple of hours ;-) but my real request was not answered yet ;-(

    @PonyFluesterer‌ you should get a ticket number in response to your email. If you post that number on this thread it will help AgileBits to connect the two and probably speed up a response.
