Hello. I bought DVD 1Password in store (FNAC in France). I have version 3.8.17. I work on MAC OS 10.10.1. When i open 1Password a get a message "new version of 1P is available. But I can't install it. Always I get a error message and "try again". Coud-you help me (no n° license apear and I have lost the DVD).

    Hi @Jangal‌

    To the best of my knowledge we've never sold 1Password 3 other than online but I haven't been with AgileBits for long. Are you saying the licence key came with the DVD and did you ever register with us?
