Paid Twice by mistake
Hi there ,
I did not realize that I had a family license and went and got a new single license for my wife's new mac. Can I do anything about this - as it seems a waste of $50!

The email address used would be sufficient to pinpoint the purchase. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be the email address you used here in the forums. If it had been I'd have simply processed the request for you.
Instead can you email us at support+licenses@agilebits.com please and it would be helpful if you can email from the address used for purchasing.
In the email if you can copy your message above and we'll get you sorted out (assuming this is a purchase in the last 30 days - I figure it is).
