Trial Expired message?

I already purchased I password and have a license number that said everything is updated and fine. What do I do with the message of Trial expired?

    I already have a license but it is not being accepted. I'm receiving a message that I might have another IPASSWORD on my computer. I don't see another IPASSWORD. In the meantime I'm locked out of IPASSWORD5. HELP!

    As of 1Password 4 we moved to a licence file instead of a licence key. It sounds like you need to download your licence file and add it to get yourself sorted out. I'm going to link you to our Adding a license to 1Password page. That will show you how to add the file and to download it if you don't have the original email.
