Master password change doesn't sync via Dropbox

I have the same problem
bought a license for ios iphone 6+
then bought online agilebits package win + macos
set on osx macbook air
through dropbox synchronization was once with the phone to your computer
Information on the phone with a computer does not appear
just did not work sync via wifi until reboot the phone
Master password is not synced via wifi
