Sync doesn't work

so I just noticed that my 1password for iOS (ios8 iPhone 6 plus) which is set up with Dropbox has not synced for 9 weeks and when I tap on sync now nothing happens.

    See this post from AgileBits about re-setting Dropbox sync. Note the procedure in that post assumes you have up to date 1P data on your Mac. I would not follow that procedure if you don't!

    If that does not help you will find a number of recent hints if you search the forums for "Dropbox sync" (without the quotation marks).

    Sorry not to help more, but I don't use Dropbox.

    Same here, last sync was 9 weeks ago. This is not the first time 1Password has had this issue. :(

    There is another detailed suggestion here about re-setting Dropbox sync—again depending on where your most up to date data is.

    Hi @bdee1, @yvanpinto, and @kevwil,

    Did the steps from Stephen's links help to solve the sync problem? For the problem you described, it might simply be a matter of disabling & re-enabling Dropbox sync in 1Password for iOS. But if that doesn't work, the steps from those links should take care of it. Just make sure you have your 1Password data backed up somewhere first.

    Hi guys,

    I have the same problem. I have tried the steps above. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. Then it works

    For a day.

    The next day, I have to re-do it all over again.

    Heeeeeelp!

    1Password 5.1.2 (Pro features enabled).
    iPhone 6, iOS 8.1.2

    PS: interrestingly enough my iPad 4, iOS 8.1.2 doesn't seem to have the issue

  • @sebmercier‌ and others who are having this prblem: can you log into your DropBox account and check a few things?

    1. The device that is no longer working is still listed in Linked Devices (in the Account Settings under Security)
    2. 1Password is still listed under "Apps Linked"
    3. You are not close to running out of space in your DropBox account.
