Re-install 1Password and retrieve data

I mistakenly deleted 1Password while moving the icon. I reinstalled 1Password but it has no data. How do I retrieve the data?

You should have received a warning that deleting the app would delete all of the data. Did you:

1. sync 1P data previously with any other device (and, if so, what sync method did you use):
2. make any backup of your iOS device through iTunes that you might be able to restore (which may, but is not guaranteed to, restore your 1P data)?

Hi @Svensson,

I'm sorry to hear you accidentally deleted the 1Password app from your iOS device! By default your 1Password data is stored locally on your device (and as Stephen_C mentioned, deleting an app on iOS will also delete the data for that app). If your 1Password data existed anywhere else (for example, if you were using a sync option in 1Password, or backing up your device via iTunes or iCloud) then you should be able to get your data back again.

If you can let us know the answers to @Stephen_C's questions, we should be able to determine if there's a way to restore your 1Password data. Thanks!
