No autofill in iOS? Do I have to copy and paste everytime?
I am trying to login to a site on iOS (iPad and iPhone version 8) using the 1Password app (latest version) and the 1Password browser. I am new to 1Password, but I had understood that one of its features was that it would autocomplete login information on iOS, where as I have to manually copy and paste each field (which is obviously annoying).
The autofill features works perfectly well on my MAC.
Is there an auto fill feature available on iOS? Do I need to install something additional to the app or upgrade to the pro version? Or am I just not using the app correctly?

Update: I have tested now with a number of websites. It seems autocomplete does indeed work on some websites, but not all. This is a shame. I thought I was buying a tested product.

If you report the sites on which it does not work that would be helpful because someone can test those sites and perhaps either help you getting them to work or alternatively improve the 1P browser so they do work.

Hi @Tallchap,
I'm sorry you're having some trouble getting 1Password to fill your Login info on certain sites! We try our best to work correctly with as many sites as we can, but there are millions of web pages programmed by hundreds of thousands of developers using scores of technologies that adhere only loosely to dozens of "standards", so it's tough to accommodate all of them. Even though filling may work for certain sites on a Mac, that doesn't guarantee it will work on iOS, since it's a different platform with different apps and restrictions.
Therefore, we cannot, guarantee compatibility with every website. However, as Stephen mentioned, we'll be more than happy to take a look at some sites you're having trouble with, and see if we can figure out how to get things working with 1Password. Just let us know a URL where filling isn't working. Thanks! :)

A good example of a site is does not work on is the Accor website logon http://www.accorhotels.com/gb/denmark-norway-finland/index.shtml

I can verify that 1Password for iOS won't fill the U.S. site for Accor Hotels either. This isn't surprising; the appearance of the login window is the same. http://www.accorhotels.com/gb/usa/index.shtml
I have no knowledge of the protocols for login pages, but it may be worth noting that a user has to tap a login tab, which results in a drop down window. It takes a moment for the fields in that window to appear. Once the fields have appeared, though, 1Password won't fill them, either through 1Browser or through the Safari extension.

Thanks for letting us know about this site. Unfortunately we can't guarantee 100% compatibility with every website but I'll certainly pass the comments along to our developers for their review.
