    @Stephen_C‌ Now I'm all versions have been completely removed,No 1Password system,After installing the app store,After the start of Click on the welcome button,No response

    Try this:

    1. Drag the 1P5 app to the trash (don't use any app cleaner tool, which will try to remove files you want to keep).
    2. Empty the trash and reboot your Mac.
    3. Re-download and re-install 1P.
