Licence ?

You would most likely want to update your Mac license to version 5 if you have Yosemite, or version 4 if you are running an earlier OS X version. Both versions use the very same license file to register.
You will want to read this page about licenses. There, among other things, you will learn that the applications are sold on a per-platform basis, which means a separate charge for each OS X, iOS, Android, and Windows. There is a Mac-Windows bundle offered to make that combination less expensive. You can see all of your options here.
There is special upgrade pricing available for users of version 3. It is not clear to me exactly how that will work when you also want to add Windows to the package.

Hi @lacik
It does sound like your best bet is the Mac + Windows bundle from our store followed by 1Password for iOS from Apple's iTunes store and 1Password for Android from Google Play. The MAS version of 1Password 5 for Mac really only differs in its additional support of iCloud but given the list of platforms you're using Dropbox is your only option.
What I would say is your actual devices may influence the decision so if you were to say what devices, in particular what OS versions they're using, we could ensure you get accurate advice.

Hi there! I'm using iMac at home, iPhone, Android tablet at home, windows ultrabook for work purposes which is not that important but still nice to have handy when I need to log in somewhere. If I'd go for 1Password Mac + Windows Bundle will I still enjoy all of those features that are in 1Password 5? thank you

Hi @lacik,
Thanks for considering 1Password as your password-protector. :)
The Mac + Windows bundle will indeed give you access to the awesome features of 1Password 5 on Mac. 1Password 4 for Windows is the latest version for Windows, but it's got a good collection of awesome features as well.
If you have any further questions, we're here for you.
