Not Entering Logins

Hello there, I have purchased the latest version of 1password for Mac, (Dec/14) and have been successful in entering a dozen of so logins. I have not however been able to enter logins for LLbean and Princess Cruises. When I try the are kept in a folder in 1password called “Not Available”. I have tried a dozen different ways to get them successfully entered to no avail. (including the forums and manually) ..any ideas ? or are they know issues ?

I tried our Saving a Login Manually guide on the LLBean site and it seemed to work okay for me.

Using that method I get a Login item with 2 website fields. Due to the overlay I couldn't log in from the main page without first clicking on the Login link to bring up the appropriate window but with the window open 1Password filled in my email address and password. If I use the open and fill option from within the main 1Password window and select the URL that starts with https://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/stores... then it can open and fill that page. Having discovered that I edited the Login item and changed the order of the two website fields. At that point I can use either the open and fill option in the main 1Password window or if I select the Login item in 1Password mini when I don't have the site open.

Lets work on that site first and then turn our attention to the other.
