Wrong download cuts me out of iCloud sync
Apparently I downloaded your program from your website. Unknown to me at the time was the fact that I cannot sync my iPad and iPhone via iCloud. How do I fix this? If it cannot be fixed, how do I get my money back?

@rleehammett on the assumption you are talking about 1P5 for Mac (because 1P for Windows does not in any event support iCloud sync) I have moved your post to the Mac forum where you will get more help.
If you purchased within the last 30 days you can request a refund from AgileBits to enable you to buy the Mac App Store version of 1P5.

Unfortunately there is no way to add iCloud Sync support to the Agile Web Store version of 1Password, the restrictions are Apple's and they're limiting access to the CloudKit framework to applications purchased through their stores.
1Password on every platform though does support Dropbox for syncing. It works on all platforms and also allows syncing of secondary vaults. If you don't deem this an acceptable alternative then given you purchased today you are of course entitled to request a refund. Even just confirming the request in this thread is enough and I can get that done for you.

Since I prefer to use iCloud as a sync method, I would request a refund. I will then go to the App store and download the app from there. Am I correct in assuming that this will solve my problem?

Yes, it would solve your "problem" to get a refund so you can purchase from the Mac App Store. You can get that refund with no questions asked, so long as you purchased your license from the AgileBits web store within the last 30 days.

Thank you for confirming. I've refunded you and the funds should appear in the next few business days. This frees you up to purchase 1Password from Apple's Mac App Store (MAS) and after you've downloaded it it should pick up your existing vault for a seamless transition.
