Hi, I have same problem. Same message "Failed to list remote data folder in Dropbox". Tried turning off sync then turning on again. Did not work. Get error "The Operation couldn't be completed (NSURLErrorDomain error -1001) 1Password encountered a problem"

    Any suggestions?

OK. It finally synced when I turned it off and on again. Weird!

    Spoke too soon.

It syncs, but wrongly now. It is getting some things right (deletions), but entries with changed data are being synced only partially. It has auto synced two or three times, but no joy (on my iPad). On my iPhone and Macs, all syncing fine. Running exactly same version of iPassword 5 on iPhone and iPad, so weird. I have different versions of 1Password on my Macs because running different OS on each. First time I have had to come to support for 1Password for something not working.

    Any suggestions?

Hi @kiwilegal, I moved your messages to a new thread since the problem now seems to be different than the other discussion.

I'm sorry you've been having trouble with Dropbox on your iPad! If I understand correctly, everything is fine with 1Password on your iPhone and each Mac, and the problem is just happening in the iPad?

If so, and if you have all your latest 1Password data on your iPhone and Macs, please try these steps:

    • On your iPad, open 1Password and go to Settings.
    • Scroll down and go to Advanced.
    • Scroll down and tap Erase Data and Settings, then confirm you want to do that.
    • When you see the message confirming the data is deleted, tap Quit.
    • Restart your iPad (hold down the power button for a few seconds and "slide to power off", then turn it back on again).

    • Reopen 1Password and choose Sync existing vault.

    • Choose Sync with Dropbox and follow any additional steps to complete the setup.

This initial sync might take a little longer than normal, so make sure you give it extra time to complete. Once the setup and sync are complete, check to make sure your data is there. If it works up to this point, try making a change to 1Password on one of your other devices, and see if it syncs to your iPad.

Let us know how it all goes, thanks!
