Cleverbridge - License

I purchased an upgrade to 1password through Cleverbridge when I purchased parallels. It was working great. All of a sudden, it wants me to "buy now" or enter a license key. I have a license key. But have two questions:
1) Don't know if this is my original license key from my initial purchase before upgrading to the newest version 2) It wants me to upload a file when I click "Add LIcense" rather than to just type in my license key. What document am I suppose to upload.
This is quite frustrating as I wouldn't have upgraded if I knew I had to deal with this.

What version of 1Password do you have? You can tell by opening the "About 1Password" option under the 1Password menu.

If it's version 4 or 5, it requires a license file to register it. If it's version 3, it does require a an alphanumeric key.

I don't know any of the details of the Parallels bundle, though. But the answers to these questions will help you get it taken care of.

for some reason now, it's working
i have two license keys, one for 1password3 and one for 1password5 (the latter which i received through Cleverbridge)

it wanted me to upload a FILE when i went to add the license key, which i didn't fully understand

anyway, it's working now but i have no idea what i did to make it work (quite embarrassing)

    Hi @Ted1984‌

Double clicking on the licence file can cause it 1Password to load the registration information, I believe even downloading it can be sufficient sometimes so it might have happened in an extremely automated fashion. It does sound like the different licences might have caused some confusion but it does sound like you've got it resolved.

If you have any further questions do please ask
