Can't sync with iCloud or Dropbox
My iPhone 4's screen would no longer display so I had to buy a new iPhone- the 6. I've added all my old apps but the 1password app asks me to sync with iCloud or Dropbox and neither work. I can't access my old phone because the screen doesn't work. Is there any way for me to get all my passwords onto my new phone? I'm not sure what else to do because in some cases, those were my only copies of passwords, etc.

I'm sorry you're having some difficulty restoring your 1Password data!
When you set up the iPhone 6, did you restore it from an iCloud or iTunes backup, or did you set it up as a completely new device? If you restored from a device backup, that should have also included your 1Password data. If you set it up as a brand new device instead of restoring, you could try restoring from a device backup to see if it also restored your 1Password data.
Otherwise, you should be able to sync with iCloud or Dropbox, but you said that doesn't work. Can you elaborate on what happens when you try? Are you trying to do that during the setup process in 1Password? Does it find existing vaults in iCloud or Dropbox? If not, did you previously sync 1Password via iCloud or Dropbox on your iPhone 4?
Also, do you use 1Password on any other devices or computers? If so, please let us know what devices/computers you use, which version of 1Password you have on them, and if they have your 1Password data. Thanks!
