I just purchased 1Password for Mac v5, but it wasn't after I made the purchase did the website inform me that you need the latest Mac OS, Yosemite. I have OSX 10.9.5 which means I just purchased a version that I cannot even use on my Mac. How do I revert back and get a refund?

@ayamanishi0731‌ I'm assuming you purchased from the AgileBits store rather than the Mac App Store (because the Mac App Store will not offer you a version not suitable for your version of OS X). In that case, go here which is a direct link to enable you to download the latest version of 1P4.

As the licence file is the same for 1P4 and 1P5 you will not have paid any extra by buying 1P5—and have the added bonus that if and when you do move on to OS X Yosemite the same licence will work for 1P5 when you install that.

    Hi @ayamanishi0731‌

You're correct, 1Password 5 for Mac does require OS X 10.10 (Yosemite), but as Stephen_C says, the license for 1Password 5 will also work in 1Password 4 for Mac, which will run just fine in OS X 10.9 (Mavericks).

If you do decide you'd rather stick with 1Password 3, please let me know - we will of course honour our 30 day money-back guarantee. :)
