recovering passwords

Hi,
I had 1Password Pro on my iPhone 4S. The screen cracked, and I had to buy a new phone. I backed everything up to my iTunes account, but when I recovered the data to my new iPhone 5S, the passwords were gone. Is there anything that I can do?
Thanks,

@ksnagi‌ I have moved your post from the Mac beta forum to the iOS forum, as it appears to have more to do with 1P for iOS than it does with 1P for Mac beta.

Edit: sorry, my mistake: I think you posted here in any event!

    Hi @ksnagi,

I'm sorry to hear about your old iPhone, and that you're having trouble restoring your 1Password data on the new iPhone!

It will help if you can give us some additional details:

    • You said you had "1Password Pro" on your iPhone 4S. Just to be clear, are you referring to 1Password 3 for iOS (which was also sold as "1Password Pro"), or were you using 1Password 5 for iOS and had purchased "Pro Features"?
    • Do you still have the iPhone 4S with your 1Password data?
    • Had you ever used one of the sync options (iCloud, Dropbox, Wi-Fi) in 1Password on your iPhone 4S?
    • Did you ever use the Backup option in 1Password on your iPhone 4S?
    • Do you use 1Password on any other devices/computers? If so, do you have your 1Password data on those devices/computers?

    Thanks!
