HELP Please ! My phone was wiped and I've lost ALL my info

I hope there is someone out here that can help me out. I have been using 1Password for years and have probably 10 years worth of passwords and other info on this app.
Last week my previous employer wiped my phone before I was able to back up my personal items on my iPhone. I do have a iCloud account, but had neglected to back up my old 1Password account.
Is there ANY way to recover all of my information ?
Thanks in advance for anyone that can help me out here.

Signed,
Stupid me !

I'm really sorry to bring bad news but if:

    1. you have no iTunes backup of the phone before it was wiped;
    2. you never synchronised your 1P data between the phone and a Mac or PC

I can't really think of any way you'd be able to recover your data. I'm so sorry not to bring you better news.

Thank you for the response and the information.
I was afraid that was the case but thought it was worth a shot.
Looks like I'll be starting all over again.

  • I'm sorry it wasn't the answer you were hoping for but I'm glad you found Stephen_C's answer helpful. If there is anything else we can do, please don't hesitate to contact us.

I have one more idea by way of "first aid". It's not by any means a solution to the whole problem but if you've been visiting sites on a Mac or PC you might find saved passwords and usernames in your browser (and, in the case of a Mac, in your Apple keychain). That might save you a little bit of work.

Thanks @Stephen_C, that's a good suggestion which I don't always think of!

Thanks for that thought Stephen !
I had not considered that but will certainly be a place to start. Many of my core websites sign in automatically when being accessed from my "favorites" on my PC. I was able to find a hard copy that had probably 25-30 passwords from several years ago and will start with it and your recommendation. At least it's a start !
Thanks everyone for your responses and ideas. It is MUCH appreciated !

@BMak, I'm glad the ideas were helpful! At least you won't need to start completely from scratch. If you need anything else, we're always happy to help.
