Back Up fail after upgrade All data gone
I tried manually backing up and received error message that '1P failed to create a backup:Error domain=NSCocoaE'. I have been using 1P5. But have 1P4 folders. When I opened the 1P4 and clicked it asked me to upgrade which I had done last year but I entered license and it upgraded. I still received the back up error and followed advice from one support post to reboot my computer. After reboot everything was gone in 5 and I was asked to set up as if a new app. I selected to restore from back up but when I clicked it opens my HD window but my backups are in the hidden Library folder>App Support so I cannot get there (however when I searched to be sure they were there it only showed the back up from today that apparently failed. ??

Hi @scooten19
I'm so sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password. Let's get a closer look at your system here to determine where things got tangled up. I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac:
https://guides.agilebits.com/kb/1password4/en/topic/diagnostics-report#mac4
Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

Hi @scooten19 I've found your email and somebody will be in touch with you soon. As we've taken this to email I'm going to close this thread so as to avoid any duplication or crosstalk which may lead to confusion.
