paypal payment
Hi I purchased 1password 5 upgrade via paypal and i never received the license and i've tried to have it resent via your website and all i receive is that license to 1password 3, my transaction number from Paypal is ID [removed]. please let me know what is going on.

The quickest way to resolve the matter is to email support+licenses @ agilebits.com with the following information:
- your full name and address;
- the email address you used for the purchase;
- the approximate date of the purchase;
- a link to this thread.
You will receive an automated response with a ticket number. Post that number here which will enable AgileBits to connect the two and help you more quickly.

I've edited your post just in case that information could be used by somebody else.
We did have some problems with PayPal recently so I do apologise for that. Can you do as Stephen_C has suggested please and include the Invoice ID rather as well as the Transaction ID please. You should find the Invoice ID at the bottom of your PayPal receipt.
I do apologise for this glitch but rest assured we will get this sorted for you. Please do post the ticket ID you receive in our automated reply as it will help ensure your email is seen more rapidly.
